  19. Maybe so, but it STILL doesn't belong in comp.lang.c++.  Comp.lang.c++
  20. is for discussion of C++ PERIOD.  The newsgroup is currently suffering
  21. from an excess of off-topic postings.  DLL's don't belong there.  VCL's
  22. (whatever they are) don't belong there.  How to respond to WM_PAINT
  23. doesn't belong there.  Discussion of anything non-C++ doesn't belong
  24. there!

  26. If you feel this strongly that Delphi should be discussed in the C++
  27. newsgroups, then I would recommend that you initiate the creation of
  28. comp.lang.c++.advocacy.  Until then, please keep it out of
  29. comp.lang.c++.
